Shipping & Returns


Friday 11th December is the last date to place orders with Free Shipping or 2nd Class Shipping if you require delivery in time for Christmas, I would strongly recommend you upgrade to 1st Class though. 

**(REVISED)** Monday 14th December will be the LAST ORDER DATE and cut off for what I hope is delivery in time for Christmas and this must be 1ST CLASS

The postal system has slowed down significantly so I cannot make any guarantees. Covid has caused a surge in online purchases and Royal Mail are overwhelmed and doing the best they can, as am i. Please be patient and be nice to yer postie! (and me 😬)


**Please keep in mind that with the current pandemic, 2nd class shipping times are much slower than usual so consider upgrading your postage to 1st class if you need your order in a hurry! I would strongly recommend upgrading to 1st class shipping for Christmas orders. All parcels sent from the studio are packaged with sterilised hands ✋🏼🤚🏼**



I ship all of my items with Royal Mail 2nd Class, 1st Class or Tracked 48hr

I ask that you please allow 2-4 days processing after placing your order, it is not always possible for me to post your order immediately therefore your grace and patience is greatly appreciated. If you are in a super duper hurry, upgrade to 1st class and leave me a wee message in the notes box at checkout and I'll try my hardest to get it out as quickly as possible for you. 



I accept returns and exchanges of most products

Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery and they must be sent back within 10 days of delivery. 

*Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. 

Due to the custom nature of Personalised products, I can't accept returns or refunds of these items. I also cannot accept returns of Prints that have been opened (the sticker on the back must be intact) so do be aware of this before requesting a return. Earrings must not have been worn.  

Everything else must be returned in perfect condition.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, it must be requested within 2 hours of purchase
