Feel free to disagree with me here. Particularly if you really dig cows and like connect with them on another level and love to talk about how they're sensitive and fun. Y'know, like the way people chat about how Great White Sharks are misunderstood and are actually really nice. Not sure I'll ever warm to anyone with literal rows of razor sharp teeth.
ANYWAY! I digress...the point of my chatter is this. Have you ever seen a happy looking' cow? Be honest. You know fine well you haven't. The cheerful bovine is a mythical being. In my experience (of walking past them in fields and shouting "good morning" or "hello cow" in my cheeriest tone) no matter what, they look pissed off. They just chomp their grass and stare at you like you're an idiot. In fairness, I am an idiot.
I hunted high and low for a cheery Highland Cow to draw for you all, but they just don't exist. Therefore I drew, by hand, a brooding & handsome slab of Scottish wildlife royalty. Look at him. Gorgeous. This Highland Cow art print is also printed on paper made from 100% post consumer waste. That's bound to make a cow crack a smile!
